$75,000 CAD for all four titles, 100%. Outright sale. No royalty. One buyer, one transfer set. The titles are not sold separately.
Requests are handled in the order they are received. Some of the titles in this sale are still in application. Titles can't be transferred until they are issued, so no deposit is taken and no transaction takes place until every title in this sale is issued.
Once all four titles show as issued on Mineral Titles Online, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is invoiced by Square and the $74,000 balance is by wire within 3 business days, followed by the Mineral Titles Online transfer. The buyer pays the government transfer fees. All sales are final once a transfer starts.

Deposit Type and Host Rocks
The deposit type is polymetallic veins (Ag-Pb-Zn±Au, I05), Omineca Belt (MINFILE 082KSW169).
The host rocks are the Triassic Slocan Group, mainly black fissile phyllite with interbedded limestone, calcareous phyllite and brown gritty quartzite (MINFILE 082KSW169).
Empire
The Empire vein is a vertical quartz vein along an argillite contact, up to 1.5 m wide (MINFILE 082KSW169).
The vein minerals are argentiferous galena and sphalerite (MINFILE 082KSW169).
Emerald Hill
At Emerald Hill a quartz vein about 1.2 m wide lies in a cemented, coarsely crystalline fault breccia zone (MINFILE 082KSW045).
Vuggy quartz in the vein carries galena and tetrahedrite, with copper carbonate staining (MINFILE 082KSW045).
Hill 60
At Hill 60 the vein is quartz-calcite-dolomite-siderite-mariposite carrying galena, sphalerite, pyrite and rare chalcopyrite (MINFILE 082KSW168).
