All claim sizes listed on our product pages represent the recorded area of the mining cell(s) as per government records.
Important:
The stated claim size does not guarantee the amount of minable ground available. Actual usable or minable area may be reduced due to overlapping claims, pre-existing patents, surface rights, environmental restrictions, access issues, or other encumbrances. Buyers must perform their own independent verification and due diligence.

Prospect Canada provides available documentation to the best of our knowledge but makes no representations or warranties regarding:
The accuracy or completeness of any claim data
Mineral content or economic viability
Title, validity, or freedom from encumbrances
Access, workability, or development potential
All claims are sold “as is.” Buyers are solely responsible for conducting thorough due diligence, including legal title searches and technical assessments with the relevant provincial/territorial mining authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prospect Canada and its owners shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from discrepancies in claim size, title issues, or any other information provided on this website.
