Homestake Silver Claim – JV / Earn-In Opportunity Adams Lake District, British Columbia

The Homestake Silver Claim (tenure 1135172) covers 689.86 hectares in the Adams Lake area of south-central British Columbia, approximately 50 km northeast of Kamloops. The claim is situated in a proven VMS district near past producers such as Samatosum and Rea Gold.

This brownfields property hosts a historic high-grade silver-gold-base metal VMS system with multiple mineralized horizons. Small-scale production in the early 1900s reported very high silver grades, and later exploration outlined significant tonnage with strong silver, gold, and base metal values.

Key Highlights

  • Historical Context: A 1981 geological study estimated 45,670 tonnes grading 10.48 oz/t silver (plus base metals and barite) within the historic mine area. While this inventory lies primarily within legacy Crown grants (where mineral rights are held by others), it demonstrates the high-grade nature of the system.

  • Exploration Upside – Western Area: The 1981 study identified conceptual potential for additional tonnage west of the main controlling structure (2250 Fault) in largely untested ground. A meaningful portion of this western area lies outside legacy Crown grants, meaning the vendor controls the mineral rights. This represents the primary exploration opportunity on the claim.

  • Strategic Location: Good road access and proximity to infrastructure in a historically productive VMS belt.

  • Barite Credit: Significant barite content associated with the mineralization may provide meaningful by-product value.

Partnership Opportunity

The Homestake Silver Claim is available for a Joint Venture / Option / Earn-In partnership.

Preferred Deal Structure:

  • $150,000 CAD upfront cash payment

  • Partner may earn a 70% interest by completing $1,000,000 – $1,500,000 in exploration expenditures over 3–4 years

  • Vendor retains a 30% interest following the earn-in, of which 10% is free-carried

  • Vendor retains a 2% NSR royalty, with a 1% buyback option for $1.5M – $2M

The vendor will retain a 30% interest following the earn-in. The structure is designed to provide the partner with a clear path to majority ownership through exploration spending focused on the western prospective area, while giving the vendor meaningful upfront compensation and long-term upside through the royalty.

Alternative structures will be considered, but the above terms represent the preferred framework.
