Price and Terms
The Homestake Silver Claim is available for a Joint Venture / Option / Earn-In partnership. It is not an outright sale.
Preferred deal structure:
$150,000 CAD upfront cash payment.
Partner may earn a 70% interest by completing $1,000,000 – $1,500,000 in exploration expenditures over 3–4 years.
Vendor retains a 30% interest following the earn-in, of which 10% is free-carried.
Vendor retains a 2% NSR royalty, with a 1% buyback option for $1.5M – $2M.
Alternative structures will be considered, but the above terms represent the preferred framework.

Geological Features
The Homestake deposit, also known as Homestake Mine, Kamad, Max and Sin 6, is plotted inside the outer boundary of the claim (MINFILE 082M 025).
The geology below describes the deposit and its host rocks. Much of the deposit lies on Crown-granted claims held by others, which are not part of this title.
Deposit Type and Host Rocks
The deposit type is Noranda/Kuroko massive sulphide (Cu-Pb-Zn, G06), Omineca Belt, Kootenay terrane (MINFILE 082M 025).
The host rocks are quartz-talc-sericite schist, sericite-quartz phyllite and sericite-chlorite-quartz phyllite of the Eagle Bay Formation, derived from felsic to intermediate volcanic rocks (MINFILE 082M 025).
Barite-Sulphide Horizons
The main horizon is massive to banded barite with metallic minerals and quartz-sericite, cut by quartz veins and lenses (MINFILE 082M 025).
The metallic minerals are tetrahedrite, galena, sphalerite, pyrite, chalcopyrite, argentite and native silver, with trace ruby silver and native gold (MINFILE 082M 025).
Two subparallel massive sulphide-barite horizons trend northwest and dip at shallow angles to the northeast (MINFILE 082M 025).
The horizons extend about 300 m down dip and thicken down dip (MINFILE 082M 025).
