Outright sale. No royalty and no carried interest.
Requests are handled in the order they are received. Some of the titles in this sale are still in application. Titles can't be transferred until they are issued, so no deposit is taken and no transaction takes place until every title in this sale is issued.
Once both titles show as issued on Mineral Titles Online, a $5,000 non-refundable deposit is invoiced by Square and holds both titles. The balance is by wire within 10 business days.
Then a bill of sale, and Mineral Titles Online transfer. Buyer pays government fees. All sales are final once the transfer is started.

The deposit type is jade (Q01), Intermontane Belt, Cache Creek and Stikine terranes (MINFILE 093N 156).
The area is underlain by variably metamorphosed sedimentary rocks of the Carboniferous to Jurassic Cache Creek Complex (MINFILE 093N 156).
Late Triassic to Early Jurassic Topley intrusions cut the Cache Creek rocks (MINFILE 093N 156).
Sill-like serpentinite bodies of the Mississippian to Triassic Oceanic Ultramafites, formerly called the Trembleur intrusions, are emplaced in the Cache Creek rocks (MINFILE 093N 156).
Bedrock Nephrite
Nephrite occurs in a serpentinite bedrock source on the occurrence (MINFILE 093N 156).
Placer Ground
The placer claim is in the Ogden Creek drainage (MINFILE 093N 156).
