Price and Terms
The asking price is $220,000 CAD for all three titles, 100%. Outright sale. No royalty. One buyer, one transfer set. The titles are not sold separately.
Requests are handled in the order they are received. These titles are still in application. They can't be transferred until they are issued, so no deposit is taken and no transaction takes place before then.
Once all three titles show as issued on Mineral Titles Online, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is invoiced by Square and the $219,000 balance is by wire within 3 business days, followed by the Mineral Titles Online transfer. The buyer pays the government transfer fees. All sales are final once a transfer starts.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return and Refund Policy Last Updated: January 20, 2026
Thank you for shopping at Prospect Canada!
Due to the intangible and high-risk nature of the products we sell—mineral and placer titles and title applications in British Columbia's Mineral Titles Online system or Ontario's Mining Lands Administration System—all sales are final and non-refundable.
No Returns or Refunds: Mineral claims are digital/intangible assets involving government application processes. Once your purchase is confirmed and/or the transfer/application process is initiated (e.g., via bill of sale, MTO filing, or sharing of details), no cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only in cases of proven Seller error (e.g., incorrect claim coordinates or application details provided by us that prevent processing). Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase, with supporting evidence. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days, minus any transaction fees.
No Guarantees on Application Outcome: Approval, registration, or final tenure issuance is determined solely by the provincial government (BC Mineral Titles Branch or Ontario's Mining Lands Administration). Delays, rejections, or changes in status do not qualify for refund.
Buyer Responsibility: By completing purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all provided information (e.g., MINFILE summaries, report excerpts) and agree to conduct your own due diligence via official sources like Mineral Titles Online.
